This DIY Pallet Desk Gives You a Cubby for Papers and Other Desk Accessories

This DIY Pallet Desk Gives You a Cubby for Papers and Other Desk AccessoriesWith a little creativity, wooden pallets can be repurposed into many useful things, especially furniture. This desk project is no exception. With a free pallet top and table legs, you can create a desk with storage space that keeps books, papers, and other items neatly tucked away within reach.

KariAnne describes this project on her Thistlewood Farms blog. It's a straightforward project you can do yourself in a few hours, with some basic carpentry skills. Her husband calls the desk too "freshy" (you'll have to read the blog post to find out what that means), but pallet projects are often shabby chic.
