On Friday, the St. Andrew's Society of Savannah celebrated 275 year with a banquet. The annual Scottish celebration included a pipe band and hundreds of men in kilts. The president of the Savannah chapter of the St. Andrew's Society explains how they have lasted so many years.
"People love the Scottish heritage. They love to dress up in the kilt, listen to the pipes and drink Scotch whiskey," said Dr. Les Wilkes.
WTOC's Sonny Dixon is a proud member of the St. Andrew's Society and dressed in the traditional garb for the occasion.
