Property Management Services for the Oita Oasis Tower Hotel ...

Abilitas Hospitality Co., Ltd., an asset and property management company for hotels and Japanese-style inns, today announced that it has been selected to provide property management services for the Oita Oasis Tower Hotel, located in downtown Oita.

The Oita Oasis Tower Hotel opened in September 1998 and operated under the ANA Hotel brand until the end of March 2012. The relationship with Abilitas Hospitality began in June 2010, initially covering consulting services primarily focused on the rebranding effort. The conclusion of a property management agreement allows Abilitas to provide broader-based support for the hotel?s operations. Under the terms of the agreement, Abilitas will work in-depth alongside with the hotel?s general manager and employees to enhance the products and services, as well as strengthening human resource development and working to enhance revenues.

The Oita Oasis Tower Hotel is part of a larger complex including the Oita Prefectural Culture Center and the NHK Oita Broadcasting Station, a widely recognized regional landmark. At 21 stories, with all 157 guest rooms on the 12th floor and higher, it is the tallest building in the prefecture and offers visitors the opportunity to fully enjoy the view. The location is also an ideal base for exploring tourist attractions including the hot spring resort towns of Beppu and Yufuin, or for business and social activities in the region. The hotel has five restaurants, 11 banquet rooms and wedding facilities, and since the rebranding has expanded its range of products and services catering to the local region.
