Italian club AC Milan is lining up a $30 million bid for Internacional's star striker Leandro Damiao.
The Italian club is in need of a striker due to the constant injuries suffered by current striker Alexandre Pato.
Milan will look to act quickly and sign the striker before the window for international transfers closes towards the end of March. However, Milan's rival Juventus have also openly demonstrated their interest in the player.
Scouts and members of the Milan coaching staff recently travelled to Sweden in order to observe Damiao during Brazil's friendly match against Bosnia Feb 28 and reported that the striker will have no problem adjusting to the European style due to his quickness and natural ability, Xinhua reported.
